Nowadays, there are more and more fast food restaurants appeared in my country, because of the economic globalization. I think the biggest change for me since I came to the United Stated that is eating fast food. When I was in China, my parents often told me that fast food has no nutrition and they didn't allow me to eat fast food. So I rarely ate fast food when I was in China. until I came to the United States, I found that fast food it is so popular in America. we can found them everywhere in down town. a lot of people around me are eating fast food, because it is fast and easy to eat and to carry. and i change my thought, i like hamburger now, and i think i have began to accept fast food as my staple food.
